The 15-inch MacBook Air uses the Apple M5 chip with a 10-core CPU, a 10-core GPU and a 16-core Neural Engine. Its 15.3-inch Liquid Retina display runs at 2880 by 1864 and 500 nits, and the fanless aluminium body is 1.15 cm thick and weighs 1.51 kg. A 66.5-watt-hour battery is rated by Apple for up to 18 hours of video streaming, and audio comes from a six-speaker system with force-cancelling woofers. Ports are limited to two Thunderbolt 4 connectors, MagSafe 3 and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
