Visitor Agreement

This is the short version of the agreement between you and MobiFacts. It is written plainly so it can actually be read. The full detail is in our Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer, and where this page and those differ, those govern.

What you can expect from us

  • Specifications compiled from manufacturers’ own published sources, with those sources listed on the page.
  • A blank field rather than a guess where a figure could not be verified.
  • No score on a device nobody has been able to use yet.
  • Reader reviews shown as opinions, clearly separated from the manufacturer’s figures.
  • Advertising that is marked as advertising and never changes what we say about a device.

What we ask of you

  • Use the site for your own personal use, and do not scrape or bulk-copy the database.
  • If you write a review, make it honest, make it your own, and keep it about the device.
  • Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory or promotional.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.

What we do not promise

  • That every specification or price is correct and current — they change, and markets differ. Check anything that matters before you buy.
  • That the site will always be available or error-free.
  • Anything about products, sellers or advertisers. We do not sell anything and we are not part of your transaction.

Your information

If you submit a review we store the name, email address and comment you provide, along with your IP address, so we can moderate it and prevent abuse. Your email address is never published. We also make a rough guess at which country you are browsing from so the site can show prices in a sensible currency. Our Privacy Policy sets out the detail and how to ask us to delete your data.

If something is wrong

Tell us. A correction to a specification, a complaint about a review, or a trade mark concern all go to legal@mobifacts.com, and we would genuinely rather fix a mistake than leave it published.
