The vivo Pad5e is a 12.1-inch LCD tablet with a 2800×1968 display that runs at up to 144Hz and peaks at 900 nits in high-brightness mode. It is built on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X memory and 512GB of storage, a four-speaker panoramic system and a 10,000mAh battery charged at up to 44W over USB-C. It is a Wi-Fi-only tablet, with an 8-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front camera and video capture limited to 1080p. vivo put it on sale in China in October 2025 from CNY 1,999.
