The vivo Pad5 Pro is a 13-inch LCD tablet with a 3096×2064 3:2 display that runs at up to 144Hz and peaks at 1200 nits in high-brightness mode. It uses MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X memory and 512GB of storage, an eight-speaker panoramic system and a 12,050mAh battery with 66W flash charging over USB-C. vivo sells it in four colours, including an ultra-light white version that is 5.96mm thick and weighs 578g, and a soft-light grey finish added later. It went on sale in China in April 2025 from CNY 2,999, with the soft-light version following in December 2025.
