The OPPO Pad 5 is a 12.1-inch Android tablet with a 2800×1980 LCD, a MediaTek Dimensity 7300-Ultra processor and a 10,050mAh battery with 33W SUPERVOOC charging. OPPO markets it outside India as the OPPO Pad 5 Matte Display Edition, with an anti-glare matte screen, a quad-speaker sound system and support for the OPPO Pencil 2R. The Wi-Fi version is model OPD2502 and the 5G version OPD2503, both in Starlight Black and Aurora Pink, running ColorOS 16.0. OPPO announced it for Singapore on 23 January 2026 and sells it in India in 8GB/128GB Wi-Fi and 8GB/256GB 5G configurations.
