The SoC is anticipated to include an octa-core architecture with three Cortex-X4 performance cores, four Cortex-A720 efficiency cores, and a single Cortex-X5 prime core operating at 3.4GHz, though this has not been confirmed. Furthermore, by the time the CPU is deployed, it is expected that the frequency of the prime core would increase.

There are rumors that smartphones such as the Vivo X200, Vivo X200 Pro, OPPO Find X8, OPPO Find X8 Pro, and Redmi K80 Ultra will come with the yet-to-be-released MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC.
